Terms and Conditions for RouteCallCenter Inc:

  1. Service Hours: Our call center services will be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except for any scheduled maintenance or unforeseen circumstances.
  2. Service Offered: Our call center agents will provide customer service and support, order processing, and sales support. We will make every effort to meet your service expectations, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to resolve every issue.
  3. Payment Terms: Payment for our call center services will be due monthly, in advance, and in accordance with the rates set forth in our service agreement. Failure to pay may result in the suspension or termination of services.
  4. Confidentiality: Our agents will maintain the confidentiality of your business and customer information. We will not share any information with third parties unless required by law.
  5. Communication: We will keep you informed about any issues or concerns that arise during our service delivery. We will also maintain open communication with you to ensure that we are meeting your service expectations.
  6. Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement upon written notice to the other party, with such notice to be provided at least thirty (30) days in advance of termination. If you terminate the agreement before the end of the month, you will be responsible for any outstanding fees.

Data Security:

  1. Confidentiality: We will maintain the confidentiality of all customer data and business information. We will not share any information with third parties unless required by law.
  2. Data Protection: We will take all necessary precautions to protect your data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. We will use industry-standard security measures to safeguard your data.
  3. Data Breach: In the event of a data breach, we will notify you as soon as possible and take immediate steps to contain the breach and minimize any damage.
  4. Compliance: We will comply with all applicable data protection laws and regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
  5. Data Storage: We will store your data securely and will delete it upon request or at the end of our service agreement.
  6. Access: You will have access to your data at all times and can request a copy of your data at any time.
  7. Employee Training: Our employees will undergo regular data security training to ensure that they understand their responsibilities in protecting your data.

By agreeing to our terms and conditions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the service terms and data security policies of RouteCallCenter Inc.
