Service Hours

Our call center services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except during scheduled maintenance or unforeseen circumstances. We will provide advance notice of any planned interruptions in service.

Services Offered

Our call center agents provide customer service and support, order processing, and sales support. While we will make every effort to meet your expectations, we cannot guarantee that all issues will be resolved to your satisfaction.

Payment Terms

Payments for our call center services are due monthly, in advance, according to the rates specified in the service agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services. Late payments may incur additional fees as outlined in the service agreement.

Confidentiality

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your business and customer information. Information will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.

Communication

We will maintain open communication with you to address any issues or concerns that arise during service delivery. Regular updates will be provided to ensure alignment with your expectations.

Termination of Services

Either party may terminate this agreement by providing written notice at least thirty (30) days before the desired termination date. If you terminate before the end of the month, you are responsible for any outstanding fees through the termination date.

Data Security

  • Confidentiality: We will protect the confidentiality of customer data and business information, sharing it with third parties only as required by law.
  • Data Protection: Industry-standard security measures are in place to protect your data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
  • Data Breach Notification: In the event of a data breach, we will promptly notify you and take immediate action to mitigate the breach.
  • Compliance: We comply with all applicable data protection laws and regulations, including GDPR and CCPA.
  • Data Storage and Deletion: Data will be securely stored and deleted upon request or at the end of the service agreement.
  • Access: You can request access to your data at any time.
  • Employee Training: Our employees undergo regular training to ensure adherence to data security standards.

Explicit Consent for SMS Communications

By engaging with RouteCallCenter Inc., you acknowledge and consent to the following terms regarding SMS communications:

  • Purpose: SMS messages will be used to provide updates on your customer interactions and service notifications. Promotional messages will only be sent if explicitly agreed to separately.
  • Opt-In Process: Customers must explicitly consent to receive SMS communications by replying “YES” or “SUBSCRIBE” to a dedicated phone number or shortcode after being informed of the message purpose and terms.
  • Confirmation Message: Upon opt-in, you will receive a confirmation SMS:
    “Thank you for subscribing to RouteCallCenter SMS updates. We’ll relay important messages from your customers. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for support. For assistance, contact +1 815 600-1850.”
  • Opt-Out Option: You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to any SMS message.
  • Documentation: Consent records, including timestamps and methods of agreement, are securely stored to ensure compliance with regulations.
